The Dakota County 2040 Transportation Plan is a document used by Dakota County and its partners as a guide to maintain and improve the transportation system. The Plan: • Component of County Comprehensive Plan • Supports planned land use and growth • Identifies system needs, revenues and priorities • Documents policies and strategies
