Volunteers from all over the district on the Support Team

Administrators and Users D59 has appointed an Internal IT Officer to the ‘Core Team’

who coordinates a 20-volunteer support team for training and helpdesk purposes.

There are three system administrators who perform regular maintenance such as adding new clubs to the database and merging multiple user accounts of one user.

From all divisions, the support team members have global IT permissions in the system to assist and train any club members or officers with routine questions such as how to update personal information and how to set up a club meeting.

The software permits limiting access of support team members to a specified District or Division.

Identified officers for each ‘unit’ are granted system permissions individually for each officer or unit. These permissions are shared during a handover period as soon as incoming officers are identified.
