Certificate of Competency (COC), which

TESDA issues to individuals who satisfactorily

demonstrate competence on a particular

units of competency. The COC leads to

certification beginning with NC 1 which

indicates the performance of a routine and

predictable task, requiring little judgement

and supervision, and NC 2, the performance

of a prescribed range of functions.
