Application Instructions

1) Follow all the instructions listed on this sample application. Otherwise, your application will not be processed correctly.

2) You will need your letter of recommendation, official UC transcript, and passport on hand in order to complete this online application.

3) Keep a copy of the completed application for your own records. You do not need to submit a hard copy to CUHK or UCEAP.

Your UC minor.

Select your class level for the period you will be in Hong Kong. Year 3 = Junior Year 4 = Senior

Your current cumulative UC GPA.

Your expected date of graduation. It must be after you have completed your UCEAP program or later.

List all other postsecondary institutions (i.e. community colleges, other universities than UC) in which you have earned academic credit.

Select your native language first.

You can select up to three professors/projects. Rank them in order of preference. Your application will sent to the first professor for consideration. If you are not selected by that professor, your application will be forwarded to the next professor, and so on.

Indicate the name, title, and contact information of the instructor that will be writing your recommendation letter.

Emergency contact information should match MyEAP.

Request housing.

Scan and upload your recommendation letter.

Scan and upload your UC transcript.

If applicable.

Scan and upload your passport.

Read declaration and check boxes.

IMPORTANT! Do not forget to click SUBMIT once you have completed the application. Do not submit more than one online application. You cannot revise your application once it has been submitted online.
