There is an ethical issue

OPTION 1 :We should turn a blind eye to the situation AND do nothing

-You keep Okono (great manager, many skills and experience…)-Maintained sales-Possible increase in profits

-Illegal practice-The subsidiary could collapse-Potential lawsuits -Ethical issues

OPTION 2 :Mr Okono should be fired because of his acts

-No more corruption-No risks for the company's standing

-Risk of loosing market shares-Loss of a competent director

OPTION 3 :Keep Okono but stop practicing bribery

-You keep Okono (great manager, many skills and experience…)

-So he will work without bribery

-Preserves the benefits of Wilson Chemicals

-Sales could decline-The subsidiary could collapse-Maybe no chance to overcome the crisis
