SECOND KEY: COHESION & INTEGRATIONCOHESION SIGNS:

Giving employee freedom to talk without fear, intended encouraging dialogue to reach new ideas .

Giving employee the needed authority to complete the work As neededAdoption the principle of free exchange of information in different departments Understanding the needs of employees

THIRD KEY: PARTNERSHIP AN OWNERSHIP

Promote a sense of partnership between the employee and the company by dropping the moral barriers between management and employee .
