FLOOR PLAN ASSIGNMENT
Objectives: Design a floor plan for a 28 x 48 ranch stylehome (single story). The home should have 2x6 exterior
walls (actual 5-1/2) and 2x4 interior walls (actual 3-1/2). You must include 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom), two
bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and closets(walk-in for the master bedroom). Include windows anddoors. (interior and exterior).
Scale for your drawing should be = 1 foot. You willneed to complete a bubble diagram showing houselayout, a sketch on graph paper and a final plan done inAutoCAD.
