For Better Or Worse The past twelve months has shown some encouraging signs in relation to the market starting to ‘self heal’ with sellers and buyers coming more freely to the negotiating table. Fiscal tightening and stringent lending criteria remain the two principal factors which are restraining the volume of transactions.
