Varsity Football • Defeated Irmo 32-26. E’mond Brown

rushed for over 200 yards, Gary Shell for over 100 and 3 TDs, and Sean Coffey, Zach Riley, Andrew Snelgrove, and Kein Hutto were great on the O-line. On defense Jason Arnett, Brandon Shealy, Joe Beckett, Caleb Brian, and Jordan Griffin had a great night.

B-Team Football • Defeated Spring Valley 25-24. Justin

Allen hit Parker Wieder on a 30 yard TD pass on 4th and 10 with 50 seconds to play. Albert Hope made the extra point. Timothy Jamison and Douglass Summers rushed for touchdowns and Allen connected with Clayton Lindsay for the other scores.

JV Football • Defeated Irmo 28-14. On offense,

Maurice Jones had TD runs of 60,37, and 98 yards and totaled over 250 yards rushing on the night. Gary Shell Jacob Jeffcoat played well. The defense had a huge stand inside the 5 yard line with 4 minutes left as Jeb Wilkinson and Brian McDonald made TD saving plays. Joe Beckett led defense.

Girls Tennis • Had another big win. The #1

doubles team of Renee Hooks and Bri Hall cruised to a straight set victory in the tie breaking seventh match giving the WK Girls a 4 to 3 win over S. Aiken. This win should set the team up for a trip to the playoffs.

consecutive year with a score of 345. Jensen Castle tied for 1st with 72, but lost in an extra hole to the #5 ranked girl in the nation. Jalen Castle qualified for All Region with a 78. Libby Williams 95, Lauren Martin 100, and Marley Barefoot 104.

Volleyball Highlights JV lost in 2 sets to South Aiken: 25-16, 25-8.

Varsity won against South Aiken: 25-23, 25-22, 25-21. Player of the game was Liz Rankin who came in when starting setter Sophie Perkins went down. She led the team to win games 1 and 2.

Baseball Workouts Anyone interested in trying out for baseball in the spring - weight/conditioning workouts will be held will be held after school for 9th-12th graders starting at 3:45pm every Monday and Wednesday. Friday workouts will be held at 6:30am prior to school. Must have a updated/valid physical dated after April 1, 2014. For further details and any questions, please see Coach Assey in portable 2.

Swim Team • The team had a great meet at the

Region Championship Meet in Augusta, with 38 seasonal best individual times and 7 seasonal best relay times. Also, the swimmers had 16 lifetime best times at this meet.

Softball Conditioning • Softball will now be conditioning

on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5 pm at the softball field.
