An adult male came to clinic for

the solution of his missing

anterior .

He had lost his teeth due to

accident .

He needed a permanent aesthetic

solution.

• He used removable partial denture .

• He was not comfortable with the removable partial denture.

Examination and investigation

were done.

The final treatment plan was to

replace the missing teeth with the

immediate loading basal implant
