This internal investigation explored the unauthorized purchase of over $100,000 in Water Department furniture for San Angelo's new City Hall. It was obtained on 3-19-14 from a Public Information Request. The investigation is undated and only has the thoughts of the investigator. It does not state the City Manager's final determination as to responsible party/parties.
