Details: Systech Solicitors represent a large international construction Joint Venture on a hydroelectric power project in India. Several disputes have been referred to arbitration. Systech Solicitors are instructed on behalf of a European JV member and is working with local JV partner lawyers to achieve the maximum recovery of entitlements.

Details: Systech Solicitors represent a large international construction group in an ICC arbitration. The proceedings included jurisdictional challenges in 2 separate domestic courts. The arbitration is ongoing and is parallel to active court proceedings in a non UK jurisdiction all managed by the Systech Solicitors team.

Details: Systech Solicitors represented a large international construction Joint Venture in DAB hearings and a prospective arbitration on a metro project in Asia (Singapore). The issues in dispute were many and looked destined for a long and expensive arbitration. By the use of targeted referrals to DAB, which were successful, an overall settlement of the claim referred to arbitration was achieved of $100 million that allowed the parties to work together on following phases of the metro.
