Often their employees are people with complex

family situations. Many of them have important needs.

Audit in Castel Monte?

Castel Monte’s logic is completely different than a profit organization, we are made by people.

Our work is a very delicate and very personalized: dealing with children, old people, disables.

So it was very difficult to create a family friendly environment.

Castel Monte was already doing what the audit procedure asked them.

This served to highlight that it was a value for the company.

They had never thought enough that the work in our cooperative

is not the best from the economic point of view, but it is great regarding the

harmonization of labor and organization.

Family Friendly company has the purpose of analyze the problems of

their operators and understand how to solve it. That's why they thought of a team of psychologists and people

who can help them.
