J O N E S B O R O R E G I O N A L C H A M B E R O F C O M M E R C E
The Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce is entering its “2nd” century of service to our community. It will be our mission to take all of our experiences from the last 100 years and apply the very best lessons to move our Chamber forward in a very progressive posture.
When the Chamber was incorporated in Jonesboro in 1945, the world was a much different place than it is now. Then, Jonesboro was globally connected due to war, now we are globally connected due to economics.
In order for Jonesboro to be a part of existing global economics, it is my sincere want that, as community leaders, we listen to the needs of our large corporations and our small entrepreneurs. Our job is to help keep these entities strong and believing that their future is full of hope right here in Northeast Arkansas.
Our Chamber is made up of many dedicated volunteers supported by a staff who is willing to serve because they believe in their hometown. This team enters this 2nd century of service with a strategy that will keep us growing stronger as a community who cares for everyone.
Please join me, our board and staff as together we start our “101st” year with hope in our hearts and the energy to work hard to keep Jonesboro strong for all.
The strength of our community lies within our people. We will get out of it….what we put in. We are no different than any other organization who is determined to be at its best.
So as we start our year, I look forward to seeing you at ribbon cuttings, committee meetings, Power Breakfasts, Business After Hours or just taking time for a one-on-one to share your ideas about how to make our community great!
- Tony Rampley

Blair PerryJonesboro Young Professionals Network
The Jonesboro Young Professionals Network, an organization for professionals ages 21-39, creates networking opportunities, provides professional development, supports community involvement and promotes an overall investment in the future of Jonesboro.
This quarter we introduce you to Blair Perry. Blair is the accounting assistant at Stonebridge Construction where she handles accounts payable and insurance certifications.
Blair is very actively involved in various committees of JYPN. She currently serves as chair of the social/membership committee while also serving on the new civic committee and helping the legacy committee pack senior boxes at the food bank. Blair also serves on the A-State committee of the Chamber and is a 2015 Leadership Jonesboro graduate.
When asked why she joined JYPN, Blair said “I moved back to Jonesboro August 2014 and wanted to meet new professionals and get involved with the community.”
She believes JYPN is a great way for young professionals to network for their businesses while helping them get involved within their community and encouraging them to make their town a better place to live. JYPN provides a platform to shape our community’s future leaders.
When asked about professional influences, Blair said she looks up to her dad because he is the hardest working person she has met. He has taught her a lot about business, life and how to stand up for what you believe in with integrity and perseverance. He continues to encourage Blair to pursue her dreams.
John Perry, co-founder and co-owner of Stonebridge Construction encourages Blair to be involved in JYPN. He believes the group forms relationships that are sustained for a lifetime of success.
