Connecting with God’s Master Plan for Your Life

God Always has a Plan

This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one

and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by

believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life.

John 3:16 Message

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord.

“They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

Jeremiah 29:11 NLT

I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to

take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.

Jeremiah 29:11 Message

Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.

Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and

pleasing and perfect.Jeremiah 29:11 Message

The Original Commission and Man’s Authority

Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and

multiply. Fill the earth and govern it.”

Genesis 1:28a NLT

“The Backbone of Kingdom Authority and power is found in the commission.”

When Heaven Invades Earth, Bill Johnson

The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s;

but the earth He has given to the children of

men.Psalm 115:6

Man’s Defeat

The serpent was the shrewdest of all the wild animals the Lord God had made.

One day he asked the woman, “Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from

any of the trees in the garden?”2 “Of course we may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,” the woman replied. 3 “It’s only the fruit from the tree in the middle of the garden that we are not allowed to

eat. God said, ‘You must not eat it or even touch it; if you do, you will die.’”

Genesis 3:1-3 NLT

4 “You won’t die!” the serpent replied to the woman. 5 “God knows that your eyes will be opened as soon as you eat

it, and you will be like God, knowing both good and evil.”6 The woman was convinced. She saw that the tree

was beautiful and its fruit looked delicious, and she wanted the wisdom it would give her. So she took some

of the fruit and ate it. Then she gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it, too. 7 At that moment their eyes were opened, and they suddenly felt

shame at their nakedness. So they sewed fig leaves together to cover themselves.

Genesis 3:4-7 NLT

“Mankind’s authority to rule was forfeited when Adam ate the

forbidden fruit.”When Heaven Invades Earth, Bill Johnson

“Adam gave his authority into the hands of a merciless ruler and took on the nature of

his new god – the devil.”

God’s Will for You, Gloria Copeland

Don’t you realize that you become the slave of

whatever you choose to obey?

Romans 6:16a NLT

“God could have destroyed the devil and his host with a word, but instead He chose to defeat darkness through His delegated authority – those made in His image

who were lovers of God by choice.”

When Heaven Invades Earth, Bill Johnson

Man’s Redemption

“God’s predetermined plan

of redemption immediately kicked

into play.”When Heaven Invades Earth, Bill Johnson

I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between

your see and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.

Genesis 3:15 KJV

And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the

glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will

I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

Luke 4:6-7 NLT

“Not only was mankind lost to sin, his dominion over planet earth was also lost --- Jesus came

to recapture both.”When Heaven Invades Earth, Bill Johnson

“It was as though satan was saying to Jesus, I

know what You cam for and you know what I

want. Worship me and I will give you back the

keys.”When Heaven Invades Earth, Bill Johnson

For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in

Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which

God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths

which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged

and made ready for us to live].[Ephesians 2:10 AMP]
