And children

in the name of my faith

I couldn’t believe it

I was indenial

But it was true

The more I learnt

The more I understood

Slaveryisn’t justchainschains

It’s aboutgreedgreed

WhereProfits override morals

I tried to build awareness

But no one would listen

I found out it’snot usand them

We are them and they are us

Who controls the resources?

Food

Water

Health

Shelter

Hope

We all need them

It’s one world

We’re more alike

So go ahead

Make a difference

Break the chains

Do something, anything to help

We must connect the dots
