• Public Notice Requirements– EPC Rule 1-3.24, Paragraph 2. General and

Relocatable Permits.– Facility must pick up and post the sign within 5

days of submitting notification to EPC, and the sign must remain posted for 30 days, or for the duration of the operation if it is less than 30 days.
