Compton YAL

Open year round, after school program based on the CUSD schedule ( Open M-F, 3PM- 7PM). Summer program( Open M-F, 11AM-5PM)

Yearly Fee $25 ( Fee Waiver Available)

We provide homework assistance, tutoring, sports activities, dance, Martial Arts

We offer the Gang Resistance Education and Training (GREAT) program sponsored by the Cal Grip Grant through the City of Compton.

The program is supported by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, through the Sheriff’s Youth Foundation and staffed with Sheriff’s Deputies, an academic tutor, dance instructor and coaches. The program currently has nearly 245 youth members.
