COMPANY PROFILE
Gugusan Sasana is a business psychology
company that focuses on assessments where we
help organizations to develop their employees
through coaching sessions using Trait (Personality
and Competency) Test developed by business
psychologist from Aston Business Assessment in
Birmingham, UK. We specialize in developing
customized psychometric assessments for businesses
as we have a strong academic foundation for
developing organization’s assessment instruments.
Our principal consultant is one of the three
Malaysia-based Consultant Partners of Aston
Business Assessment that focuses on ABA Trait
Assessments usage around the Asia Pacific region.
Our team of associates has now grown to almost 30
strong assessors, coaches and trainers in a very
short period of time. The range of clients has also
increased; from small scale ventures, to government
agencies and even large corporate businesses.
Our key success factor would have been our ability
to assist organizations in closing the capability gap,
experienced by many industries, through our
specially designed programs; as well as
implementing solutions for business transformation.

Hanafiah Mohd Isa is a strong Think-out-of-the-Box facilitator, a charismatic leader and

performance. With 20 years of working experience in PETRONAS, he has guided and

With experience in IT related to initiative roll-out implementations over the first 12 years
in PETRONAS, key Facilitation Skills were developed which are vital to any
Organizational Development Professionals in assisting organizations to realize their Key

improvement (opportunity creation).
His specific exposure in Organizational Improvement and Operating Performance
Improvement for 7 years in PETRONAS has given rise to skills pertaining to Leadership
Development and Coaching, focusing to assist top and middle management in pertinent
decision making processes. In addition, the front-liners were guided with Capability
Building and Competency Management with a dash of Business Process Improvement
activities using available Organizational Management Systems.
He graduated from University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA with a Bachelors of Science
degree in Business Administration (Majoring in Management Information Systems) and is
currently appointed as an Aston Business Assessment (Birmingham, UK) Consultant Partner
in the Asia-Pacific region based in Malaysia with an additional qualification as a
Certified Trait Personality and Competency Assessor.
His personal passion is in Organizational Behaviour and Psychology where he craves to
see the "sparkle in the eyes" of the staff once they "see" their individual and team
potentials through thoroughly designed Mindset Behaviour Change programs.
