• IR market infrastructure is not developed

• Disclosure level of companies listed on foreign capital markets mostly depends on corporate advisors, those listed on local capital market (PFTS) is low

• The level of corporate governance is low with banking sector being exception

• Lack of knowledge and experience in IR
