Transcription• Once dictation is transcript, the word documents of patient will be place in • Columbia lung and sleep directory under

– subdirectory CLSI-TRANSCRIPTION-DRAFT \<date> directory.As show in this picture

Filing Transcription

• Doctor then proof read and finalize the document.

• Change the name of document by adding “-d” or “-done” at the end of the filename.

• Then these files will be posted under CLSIEHR directories in patient name sub-directories.These files will be printed to a local printer.
