MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS A SYSTEM THAT SIMPLY MANAGES CONTENT.

In order to define content management system, we need to look the component it is made up of---

CONTENT• TEXT• IMAGE• GRAPHICS• DOCUMENTS• RECORDS• VIDEO• SOUND

• Any type of UNIT of digital information.

• Anything that is likely to be stored and managed in an electronic format

MANAGEMENT- PROCESS OF STORING CONTENT VIA RULES & PROCESS SO THAT THE CONTENT IS DEEMED TO BE MANAGED WHERE IT IS LOCATED.

SYSTEM-SOFTWARE OR A COMBINATION OF SOFTWARE THAT ALLOWS THE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF THE CONTENT.

PAGES Pages are generally static & timeless. Pages are meant to be about page, privacy policy,

legal disclaimers, etc. There is no time and date tied to pages. Pages are not meant to be social in most cases

thus does not include social sharing buttons, or comments.

Unlike posts, pages are hierarchical by nature. For example, you can have subpages within a page.

DASHBOARD MEDIA MEDIA is a tab in your Word Press admin sidebar

which is used to manage user uploads (images, audio, video, and other files).

Under the Media menu, there are two screens.1. Library that lists all the files in the media library.

PLUGINS In computing, a plug-in is a software
