What are you going to do after college? Parents that send their children to any level of higher
learning after high school frequently ask the question above. With Communications majors/ minors the fear constantly
arises among parents of those students concerning whether or not the background in this field will be useful and of course whether or not their child will make a significant amount of money through a successful career.
Well fear not Mom and Dad! Though a path in Communications is not commonly thought of when picturing money-making careers, there are plenty of reasons a degree in this field is useful.

David Letterman graduated from Ball State University from the Department of Radio and Television. He took what he learned in his major and became a late night TV show star.
