One day, the founder of Cliff Bars, was on a day long, 175 mile bike ride with his friend and he was gnawing on energy bars the whole day. He was starving but couldn’t take another bite, that’s when he realized he needed to create an energy bar. Two years later, the cliff bar became a reality.
