Client Liaison Job title: Client Liaison Reporting to: Brand Strategist Hours: Full-time position Responsibilities To assist the Brand Strategists with client communications and administrative and strategy support to complete projects. Job Duties

• Assists Brand Strategists in client communications o Manages day-to-day client communications o Schedules client meetings o Works with client on attaining information and approval of work o Monitors priority email to assign work o Write and send clients regular (weekly in most cases) project

updates/needs • Manages tasks in Basecamp • Supports strategists to monitor industry trends for new opportunities with

each client industry • Resolves clients’ concerns • Works with outside vendors to expand opportunities for clients and when

needed for specific projects • Assist and possibly oversee some strategy projects with specific clients

related to marketing and terminologies used in the marketing industry

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or have 2+ years experience in Marketing and/or Brand Management
