Characteristics

Adaptability-is the ability of a person to blend him / her self according to the external situations.

Characteristics

Decisiveness-having the power to decide; conclusive.

Characterized by decision and firmness; resolute.

Characteristics

Delegation is the handing of a task over to another person, usually a subordinate.

It is the assignment of authority and responsibility to another person to carry out specific activities.

Characteristics

Empathy-understanding others feelings. Shows a sensitivity to the cultural background of the students.

Characteristics

Interpersonal relations-involves social associations, connections, or affiliations between two or more people, or may remain effectively unknown to each other.

Characteristics

Organization is a social arrangement which pursues collective goals, which controls its own performance, and which has a boundary separating it from its environment.

Characteristics Risk-taking

situations in which it is possible but not certain that some undesirable event will occur.

Characteristics

Teamwork is the concept of people working together cooperatively, as in a sports team.

Effective teams are an intermediary goal towards getting good, sustainable results.
