City Creek Center is a new urban Mixed Use Lifestyle Center in Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. This two story regional shopping center with two anchor stores, food court, and multi-level apartments is part of a new 20 acre urban lifestyle center. City Creek Center includes the redevelopment of two city blocks in downtown into a mixed-use development occupying the majority of the two 10 acre blocks

This project includes a new two-story regional shopping center with Macy’s and Nordstrom’s as anchor stores, a food court, and three levels of residential apartments above retail, four new high-rise residential towers adjoining the shopping center, four levels of underground parking, and an enclosed pedestrian bridge between the two blocks.

The overall area of the project includes approximately 235,000 square feet of gross leasable area for retail tenants, 31,000 square feet of restaurants, 13,500 square feet of food court and a 33,000 square foot mini anchor.

The retail portion of the project will open March 2012
