System written in html with backend shell scripts
Forms information seem to be emailed rather than stored in a database

Manual Updates - pages are updated once shell scripts are ran via CLI
Use of email to store data rather than relational database
A number of forms need to be downloaded, printed and then submitted
Desirable Features
Authentication and authorization for admin site. Allow user to login and have various types of access.
Implement control panel so authorized admin can approve or deny content such as “shout outs”.
