THE SITEIn 2003, after a thorough feasibility study, the company decided to choose Sebess as strategic site for the CIATTI plant construction. Sebes is the most important wood district in Romania.On the main road coming fron hungarian border and leading to Bucharest, the plant is about 50 km. from Sibiu airport and 100 km. From Cluj Napoca airport.In this area are settled important inernational companies including the major chipboard producer in Romania.. .

START UPIn 2004, the Company was designed and built according to construction standards and at the end of that year production began.The start-up company was managed and monitored by the founders according to criteria and high standards of quality. The trained staff have acquired skills and professionalism as well as total reliability and operational autonomy. With the exception of the Italian directors, therefore, CIATTI HT is managed by trained and capable Romanian personnel;There is total of 40 staff members, including the Chief Executive and Financial Officer, Sales Manager, and Production ManagerCurrently the plant produces about 100,000 packaged products per year (1 shift), but the maximum production capacity is 600,000-800,000 products manufactured with the introduction of additional shifts.

The ProductThe range of products - furniture kits - is broad and designed for different family needs:• cabinets• shoe racks• functional furniture• home office desks• bookshelves• supports for LCD and plasma TVNew products are currently in the works for specific segments of the Romanian and international market.The main Romanian customers, CARREFOUR and CORA are managed directly without any intermediation.

-The plant with its equipment is able to produce any product in particleboard and MDF, with multiple finishes, as evident from the accompanying machinery specifications.

The installations and acquired machinery allow for the production of any chipboard and MDF product, with the possibility of different finishes, as shown in the accompanying technical specifications.

Ø Stefani Line: -2005 - Cutting and Edgebanding machineryconsists of:

maximum is 3000x2000, max height 40 and edgethickness from 0.3 to 3 mm.

Ø The maximum speed is 50 meters per minute withoutreducers and with a thin edge, otherwise it can reach 30 meters.

Homag Line: -1993 - Edgebanding line consists of:

The sizes are more or less those of Stefani. Moreover, this can perform Soft-Forming. The maximum speed however, is 28 meters per minute.

IMA Combiform: -2006 - Combined machine for cutting, mono-lateral squaring, profiling, edging and finishing squared panels Mod.COMBIFORM/I/R75/1175/V

The machine can process up to 18 meters per min. With a workable overhang of 40 cm.

IMA Combiform (2): -1998 - Same as the previous processing procedure.Speed over 10 meters per min., with smaller pressure zone and just one trimmer.

Biesse: -1997 - Biesse CNC Drilling line consisting of:ØLoading CellØBiesse drill Mod. Tecnologic/cnØBiesse drill/plug inserter Mod. Infortecno/cnØUnloading cellØThe capacity of this machine should be about 20 pieces per minute, but there are many variables. Number of holes, hole diameter and alternation of holes.

This machine, with respect to the Morbidelli, has closer heads to make closer holes, and therefore fewer steps.

Biesse: -1999 - CNC Drilling line consists of:

ØLoading CellØBiesse drill Mod. Tecnologic/cnØBiesse drill Mod. Tecnologic/cnØUnloading Cell

Compared to the old one this is faster. It should reach up to 26 pieces per minute, but above all has the speed setting that allows the drilling ofcleaner holes at higher speeds, and much faster positioning.

Morbidelli: -1992 - CNC Morbidelli Drilling line consists of:

These process approximately 20 pieces per minute. They are comparable to the older Biesse, except that the heads are wider and therefore more binding in the hole patterns.

The maximum capacity of the packing line is 7 Pcs per min., while the maximum sizes are 3000x1000, and height 300.

Millennium: -1996 - Work centre for edging moulded products.

The speed depends on the shape of the piece, and must be set according to the rays.

Iman Pack: -1995 - Automatic packaging machine for bags ofhardware Mod. MICROVERT POLY.

Pantograph Biesse: 2003 - CNC Biesse machining centre Excel 4826 Mod TC consists of:Ø2 heads for milling and drilling with automatic changerØ2 work surfaces
