Ankit a 15 years old boy suffring from chronic osteomylitis of tibia with segmental sequestration of the bone getting extruded from its bed leading to gap non union

Whole tubular Segment of tibia getting

extruded

X ray shows segmental sequesrtum

Sequstrum getting extruded like seed from the fruit

Charnleys compression clamps incarporated in Jess frame

After 7 days sequesrtum sqeezed off from its bed

Corticitomy

Fibula cut

After 10 days

Distraction after corticotomy

After 3 weeks

6 weeks

Finally success ,as wound healed and length restored, a small surgery however was needed to achieve union

Comfortable walk with fixator
