Preparation

For this printable, you will need:

• A printer

• Paper (cardstock works best)

• Scissors

• Glue or tape

• Hole punch and ribbon or string (optional)

Print the activity cards and the envelope templates (if you

choose to use them). There is also a page of blank cards so

you can write your own.

Putting it together

Cut the envelope shapes out along the black lines and fold

along grey lines.

Choose enough cards to fill the envelopes. There are a couple

of cards that allow you to give multiple options on a given day

should you choose. Be careful to only choose activities you

are okay with giving on the selected day. Be aware of

functions, travel, and monthly cycles that may affect what

activities you’re willing or able to participate in.

How to use

Some options for gifting this:

1) Put the envelopes in a box, wrap it and give it like a

normal present.

2) Punch a hole in each envelope, run a ribbon through

them so there’s a strand of envelopes which you can

hang in the bedroom and your spouse can pull the one

for that day off.

3) Hand them one card at a time. That way you get to

see their expression as they find out what fun activity

you’ve chosen for that day.
