Welcome to First Landing State ParkPlease review the following campground rules and regulations:

• To lessen the impact on the environment only two vehicles and six people are allowed per campsite. Two vehicles and 4 people per yurt. Maximum of two camping units allowed per campsite, not to exceed one axled camping unit. This rule is strictly enforced.

• Please be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. No excessive noise after 10 p.m.

• All guests need a parking pass. Guests will be subject to a daily parking fee. Visitation ends at 10 p.m.

• Parking passes are required and must remain visible at all times while visiting the park.

• Enjoy the park with your pets, but please remember that all pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets must never be unattended. Please clean up pet waste and dispose of it in appropriate containers.

• Campfires are a camping tradition. Fires must be kept within the provided fire rings. Firewood is available at the camp store during operating hours. The park office offers firewood in the off season when the camp store is not in operation. Please make sure your campfire is completely extinguished after use.

• Help us maintain the park’s natural beauty by keeping trash and debris cleaned up. Do not litter. Dumpsters and recycling containers are located throughout the campground.

• Drinking alcoholic beverages in public is prohibited.

• Generator use is prohibited in the campground.

• Check out time is 1 p.m. for campsites and 10 a.m. for yurts. Renewal of sites are on a first come, first served basis prior to checkout. Please drop off your site marker in the box located beside the outgoing window of the contact station when departing the park.

First Landing State Park offers a variety of guided hikes and educational activities for children and

families. The park also has “Park Packs” full of field guides and activities you can check out from the Park Office and Trail Center. You can pick up a schedule of

activities at the Park Office or Trail Center.
