Initial meeting with GeoInsight to conceptualize integration of the UNHCEMS® programGeoInsight will work with you to develop a customized approach for data collection and chemical inventory reporting. We will conduct follow-up discussions with the programming team to tailor the UNHCEMS® program to meet your facility’s specific goals.
Onsite training for facility or laboratory personnel GeoInsight’s onsite training for facility or laboratory personnel covers the following topics:
• Introducing the UNHCEMS® program • Adding chemicals to the inventory• Searching the chemical inventory database• Reviewing environmental, health, and safety reporting features• Conducting quality assurance/quality control reviews
Two 8-hour days of chemical inventory pilot testing by GeoInsight GeoInsight will perform on-site data entry of a representative chemical storage area to evaluate site-specific conditions and further define the criteria for your facility’s inventory program.
A written summary of pilot test resultsGeoInsight’s summary of the chemical inventory pilot test will include:
• An evaluation of the initial data collection approach • Descriptions of the types and quantities of chemicals encountered• Calculated site-specific data entry rates• Screenshots of your chemical inventory in the UNHCEMS® database• Recommendations for process improvements
ONGOING CHEMICAL INVENTORY SUPPORT SERVICES
Once UNHCEMS® has been integrated, GeoInsight can provide continual support at your facility. Activities include:
• Up to 8 hours of chemical data entry per day (typical entry rates of 50-75 chemicals per hour)
• Ongoing data management and data quality reviews• Hazardous materials management standard operating procedure development• Environmental compliance reporting, such as Tier II, and review of building/fire
code compliance
