- 6. Your Logo Che Guevara was an Argentinean-born, Cuban
revolutionary leader who became a left-wing hero. He studied
medicine at Buenos Aires University and during this time travelled
widely in South and Central America. The widespread poverty and
oppression he witnessed, fused with his interest in Marxism, and
convinced him that the only solution to South and Central America's
problems was armed revolution. His growing desire to help overturn
what he saw as the capitalist exploitation of Latin America by the
United States driven his involvement in Guatemala's social reforms
under President Jacobo Arbenz.
- 7. Your Logo Additionally, he was a creative writer and
diarist, composing a influential manual on guerrilla warfare, along
with a best-selling memoir about his youthful continental
motorcycle journey. His experiences and studying of MarxismLeninism
led him to posit that the Third World's underdevelopment and
dependence was an intrinsic result of imperialism, neocolonialism,
and monopoly capitalism, with the only remedy being grassroots
internationalism and world revolution. Guevara left Cuba in 1965 to
stimulate revolution abroad, first unsuccessfully in Congo-Kinshasa
and later in Bolivia, where he was captured by CIA-assisted
Bolivian forces and instantly executed.
- 8. Your Logo He is the one who stood for those underserved poor
society and criticize those capitalists. No leader lives for other
at the cost of his/her life He is a symbol of radical revolution
for those who are underrepresented because of capitalistic
society
- 9. Your Logo Che was not just an ordinary leader; he was a
leader who possesses ability to motivate others and lead them in
new directions. He was a leader who can envision the future and
convince others that their vision is worth following. He was so
controlled and very precise in his social interactions. He was also
so energetic and alert and got the ability to stay focused.
Overall, he was very protective of their integrity and reputation
and consequently tended to be socially aware and careful, abundant
in foresight, and very careful when making decisions or determining
specific actions.
- 10. Your Logo He was charismatic and people loved him; he was
also willing to die for his mission which was not a bad thing in a
revolutionary. The following are his basic leadership traits
Emotional stability Dominance. Conscientiousness Tough-mindedness
Self-assurance Compulsiveness These are his special traits beyond
above basic traits High energy Social boldness Charisma Empathy
Team orientation Maturity
- 11. Your Logo As a result of utilizing collective imagination
strategy, Guevara become one of the most recognizable and
influential revolutionary figures of the twentieth century.
- 12. Your Logo Through focusing on his ideas and not on his
legendary style and expertise
- 13. Your Logo Honesty; he display sincerity, integrity, and
frankness in all his actions. Competent; he had always based his
actions on reason and moral principles.
- 14. Your Logo Guevara always had a special sympathy for the
poor and oppressed in society. The experiences in Latin America
ultimately made him decide that he should devote his life to
helping the poor and unfortunate in society rather than to
practicing medicine.
- 15. Your Logo His critical, distrustful attitude towards many
religions and philosophies. Without realizing it, he prevents
himself from appreciating new viewpoints and attitudes. Fear of the
unknown, of change, may wave Che Guevara was also the challenge he
faced to admit. Che Guevara tends to be his own worst enemy,
demanding inhuman perfection of himself and harshly criticizing or
persecuting himself when he does not measure up He is capable of
tremendous effort and of overcoming great odds and handicaps.
Through these efforts Che Guevara develops his power and inner
strength. However, Che Guevara should not make life harder than it
is. He must give himself permission to let up sometimes, and to
realize that he is only human.
- 16. Your Logo He failed to meet his objectives of playing his
role in his march to Cong, Bolivia and Mozambique.
- 17. Your Logo Undoubtedly he was agreeable leader. But, he
failed as a visionary leader since he failed to forecast the
change. I can say that since he was a fan of Stanley promoter of
socialist ideology Che was an example nary leader for socialist
countries. Hence, I can say that his leadership style can be
applicable in socialist or communist world and /or in a condition
where revolution is mandatory for getting out people from operation
and maltreatment like Syria, Tunisia etc.
- 18. Your Logo Guevara took the title of revolutionary leader to
different levels. He was responsible for increasing land reform
throughout many regions. Guevara also was a major force in
improving literacy in Cuba from 75% to 96%.
