Chasing Rainbows Quilt Pattern The Village Haberdashery kit amendment notes

Pattern amendments for TVH kit: The original pattern calls for 27 different fabrics for the log cabins. For The Village Haberdashery version, I used just 7 fat 1/8ths of the Dear Stella Scallop Dot fabrics & a beautiful Andover cham-bray for the background to make the smaller quilt size. The cutting instructions in the pattern are to make 1 log cabin block. You will need a total of 27 log cabin blocks from the 7 scallop dot fabrics. For the TVH kit, the following instructions should be used:

• From the first 6 scallop dot fabrics – make (4) log cabin blocks from each fat 1/8th, following the 6” block instructions in the pattern.

• From the final scallop dot fat 1/8th- make (3) log cabin blocks following the 6” block instruc-tions in the pattern.
