work permit and employment card.

1. Application form with five 4cmx6cm photos (KHR1,000 stamp)

2. Certification of the owner/director regarding the numbers of Cambodian and alien workers.

3. Copy of foreigner’s passport.4. Annual tax of USD100/foreigner5. Labour contract of foreigner6. Under-5-month certificate of physical

aptitude appropriate for occupation issued by authorized institution of origin country of foreigner.

MoFAIC sent a letter to MoL Ref 341 kar.bar.to/ cbor.kar 2 dated January 17, 2001 stated that:

Diplomat, OI/NGO workers, expert/advisor of RCG/other ministries shall not need work permit.

Director of company is not subject to work permit too.
