Tape your pattern together to create a mock up of your

design

Step 3Roll out slabs

Texture and/or smooth

Cut your pattern out of clay (your paper box is you pattern)

Layer between dry paper towels and boards for straight slabs

Or use while soft for curved forms

Make your Box

If box is square or rectangular Bevel the edges!

Remember to Score and Slip!

Don’t forget to reinforce your connections with a coils. Smooth out your coils.
