Service Limitations and Restrictions: When a physical interface has multiple EVCs customer/contractor coordination of EVCs will be required to properly map customer VLANs to their respective EVC. Activating or installing any circuit or EVC will require customer/contractor coordination. Transport LAN Service (TLS) ports, once established, will not require coordination with CenturyLink to add customer VLANs.
Change Charge Applicability: MAE change charges include port increases and decreases and unsolicited feature additions applied to a MAE service after the initial install. Change charges are not applied to port moves as a new order will be required to move a MAE service from the initial CenturyLink provider edge (PE) to another CenturyLink provider edge (PE).
