Digital_File_Path [ISAD(G) 3.3.4]: This field records the original file path, and thus context, of a born-digital asset. It will be populated automatically on ingest.

Digital_Date_Created [ISAD(G) 3.1.3]: This field records the date of creation of a born-digital asset. It will be populated automatically on ingest.

Digital_Last_Modified [ISAD(G) 3.1.3]: This field records the date of last modification of a born-digital asset. It will be populated automatically on ingest.

SDB_Ref: This field records the reference within Preservica of a born-digital asset. It will be populated automatically on ingest.

SDB_Type: This field records the file type of a born-digital asset as identified on ingest to Preservica. It will be populated automatically on ingest.

SDB_URL: This field records the location of a born-digital asset within Preservica and enables interoperation between the systems. It will be populated automatically on ingest.
