Carrot Halwa Recipe

Ingredients

• Red Carrots: 1 kg• Full Cream Milk: 2 liters• Sugar: 1 cup

Peel and grate the carrots

Boil the milk and add grated carrots

Let it boil on low heat

Keep stirring and let it reduce

When it is thick, stir it continuously

Add the sugar

Stir till it’s almost solid

Garnish Carrot Halwa with dry fruits and serve
