Designer and Co-founder of “Lightsculptures”

Considers himself as a purist, “shapes simple but with strong character”, the

Architect Francesco Cappuccio was born in 1967 in Caserta, Italy . He studied

architecture at the University of Naples (1994) and graduated with a Master

degree in Interior Design (1997). Francesco has taken part in various design competitions all around the world,

he has received numerous awards and achieved several publications. Among

those received are: Red Dot Singapore (2007), First Prize for “A Piece Of

Furniture For Reading Places” International competition by the Aldo Morelato

Foundation, Italy (2007).

Supported by rich International experiences around the world, he has worked

as Creative Directoror for a broad number of projects : Moti, KPsquare,

Artitude, Plantation, Hora.

He moved to Bangkok in 2005, where he holds the position of Academic

Director at Accademia Italiana Design Institute and works as Creative Director

for Lightsculptures.
