Candy DokuThe Swedish invented the wildly popular computer game Candy Crush Saga. Sudoku as we know it was conceived of in Indiana, despite the Japanese name. Our mashup of the two hails from Portland, Oregon, and is best served with a dish of hard candies.

Object of the game:

Finish filling in the game board with the six types of candy. All six candies must be represented—but never repeated—in each row, column, and six-square grid on the board.

You will need:

Printed color copies of the game boards with answer keys and candy game pieces

How to play:

Candy-doku can be played competitively. The first player to finish the board correctly wins. It can also be played as a personal solitaire challenge.
