Implementation What’s your mission?
Does this new program support your mission? (if the answer is no, stop now!)
Who: Who are you serving? Who is responsible? Who do you need to recruit?
What: What are you doing? What supplies will you need? What skills do you need?
Where: Where is the program taking place? How will you promote it?
When: What’s the date and time? Will it conflict with anything?
Why: What’s your goal, do you have measurable outcomes, ways to evaluate?
Determine the scope of your program. Is it big or little, is it a one time event or year-round
How much will this cost? Who’s going too pay for it? Grants, specific donors, general operating funds.
Lastly: What does success look like? How does it feel? (opposite of measurable outcome)
Activity Time!
Thank you so much for coming!
