Every analyst ECTM review is logged in WebECTM

Engine Status is displayed in the Aircraft Report ◦ Green - Normal

◦ On Watch (Orange) – No action required

◦ Yellow – Action required

◦ Red – Immediate action required/low margin engine

Completes normal review cycle

Engine Status Change Notifications

Notify customers who are late submitting ECTM data ◦ Typically 30 days

◦ Can be adjusted depending on regulatory or contractual obligations

When the engine is flagged Yellow or Red, follow Analyst recommendation(s) and report back findings

Customers can contact their Analyst by e-mail or through WebECTM

Analyst will update ECTM log with customer comments unless already replied through WebECTM

The next data upload will be used to confirm performance recovery
