Some lessons learnt
Have a flexible set up.You need to be able to pop-up in a whole range of places.
Tech training for all staff is key. Everyone needs to be comfortable, even if you have a couple of in-house experts.
Individual Training is really powerfulSpecific to customer and device – Volunteers extend your reach
You don’t need IT to do thisMake your devices the same as your customers
