itself (unless done on-line) College Prep Form/Counselor forms (if
required). If student is completing the Common Application or their
application requires a recommendation, students need to complete
the Student Input Form for Counselor Recommendation. Application

year colleges require SAT or ACT scores to gain admission. Most
colleges accept either test. Tests are administered on Saturday

help them prepare for the ACT/SAT and help with the college search
process. Students who took the PSAT can log onto the College Boards
My College Quick Start and receive the following information: The
log-on information is available on the PSAT Score Report that was
received in December.
