• Consolidate success of 2011 by retaining 2 strongest teams and launching 2 new partnerships

• 4 teams at u14s/u16s• Slightly shorter season (May/June)• Number of tournaments to be agreed, with exact

timings• Use Leeds links to raise profile of junior game and

tournaments• Improve the skill level / fitness and ability of young

rugby players
