work better and smarter
Provides tools to help
you do your job better.

Makes your day more
enjoyable

more productive
Why We Never Want Forget to
Bring our Tool Box to Work
Would You Forget to
Brush your teeth? Would you forget to brush your teeth before going
into the office?
Would you forget to shower, and shave wash
your face?
Decide not to comb your hair on a particular day?
Could you forget your make up ro combing your
hair?
The Answer Is
Brushing your teeth, grooming and combing your
hair are important and you would be horrified if you
forget these habits before walking into your office.
Five Things Lawyers/Solicitors
want to include in your toolkit
Number 1: WHY?
Why did you became a lawyer in
the first place.
Always remember how hard you
worked to achieve your goal.
Did you become a lawyer to
help others?
Do you work to take good care
of your family, their education
and enjoy a good lifestyle
On a good day why do you
enjoy practicing law? What does
it mean to you?
Number 2: Enthusiasm
You want to bring your best self
into the office each day.
Ride the horse in the direction it it
is going. Dragging around depletes
your energy.
Think about what you can
contribute to others today, your
colleagues, your firm, management
this evening with your family.
When you bring enthusiasm you
have a good day and enjoy your
work.
Number 3: Focus
Get enough rest, eat good foods
to maintain your energy and
focus.
Stay determined to do a good
job each day.
Begin your day with the most
difficult task each day it will free
up your energy and give you a
boost.
Focus on what you like about
practicing law. What think about
most multiplies.
Number 4: Thankfulness
You always have something to be
thankful for.
You can see, you can breathe and
walk. Millions of individuals can’t
enjoy these simple pleasures.
Be thankful for your family, your
status in life, the opportunities and
privileges you enjoy each day.
Be thankful for your law firm, your
colleagues and enjoy a sense of
purpose.
Number 5: Self Care
Place your physical, emotional and
mental health at the top of your list.
An angry, depressed, exhausted and
bedraggled lawyer/solicitor serves no-
one well.
Get proper rest, drink water, stay away
from food that make you feel badly.
Monitor your alcohol consumption.
If you suffer from illness, mental,
physical, emotional or addictions
address these issues. They will not go
away, they only get worse. Seek
outside help.
Never Forget to Bring Your Tool Kit
To the Office
Keep your toolbox filled with good things to
help your enjoy your law practice.
