Pull-up Patient with ‘Pat IEN’-– TPOCS- Query ‘System ID’ with Host DMIS ID + IEN– CHCS- ` + IEN ( ` is to the left of the 1)

Policy Rank-– ‘N’- Disregard, TPOCS does not update Non-ranked– ‘P’ ‘S’ ‘T’- Research

Pull-up in TPOCS and Verify it crossed-over; usually does Carefully choose your HIC IDs and Type Codes

CHCS PII-– Update Policy and enter through all fields– Look for anything out of place
