• How do we search? How do we learn?
• Dependent on what is available at the time
• Pre-Internet some questions not even asked - too expensive and difficult to research
• Ask people
• Rethink how we search?

Just because we are brought up with books and know how to read does not mean we automatically know how to use the literature for research, identify relevant publications or how to cite references.
Whether we use film or digital cameras we still have to learn about composition, focal length, shutter speed etc to get the best photographs.
We all have to learn how to use Google search features effectively to make sure we are getting the best results.

“Could it be that this super generation is actually about to become Kryptonite around the necks of resilient thinking organisations? Each generation will make its own unique mark on society, but maybe, just maybe, the Millennials are adrift from the needs of the environment....
.....It begs the question, one that applies to many other countries, are UK Millennials as personally resilient as they need to be to succeed in the modern world?”
